EA’s are federally-authorized tax specialists that provide tax consultation, prepare a variety of tax returns and can also represent taxpayers before the IRS. Only an Enrolled Agent, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Tax lawyer can represent taxpayers before the IRS.

LAPC is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE) and have been partners for over 18 years with the State's Employment Training Panel (ETP), and the South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SWIB).

SWIB serves eleven cities located in southwest Los Angeles County, including Hawthorne, Inglewood, Gardena, Carson, Lawndale, El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Torrance and Lomita.
