For the safety of the staff and students, we are only accepting visitors with appointments. We are limiting foot traffic inside the office and advise all students to communicate any questions or concerns via e-mail or phone when it is possible.

Please check your health status on the CDC self-checker before arriving.

If you have an appointment with us, please follow these guidelines and procedures:

• Properly wear a mask before you come into the building
• A temperature check will be taken before you enter the office
• Hand sanitizer will be provided before you enter the office
• Limit your visitation time and primarily focus on the purpose of your appointment 
• We advise students to bring their own pen to sign documents to limit external contact 
• Only individual students with appointments are permitted into the office

• Enhanced cleaning procedures between student appointments 
• PCO air filters installed throughout the office
• Staff are required to wear face mask coverings
